SUMMER TIME RECRUITMENT DIRECTOR (Canada Summer Jobs Position)

Position Description:

•Responsible for designing recruitment strategy.
•Responsible for recruiting volunteers/DJs.
•Responsible for volunteer scheduling and time management.
•Responsible for supervising a team of 20 or less.
•Responsible for interviewing potential volunteers.
•Reports to Station Manager.

Position Requirements:

•Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment.
•Have been registered as a full-time student in the previous academic year and intend to return to school on a full-time basis in the next academic year.
•Are Canadian citizens or permanent residents or have official refugee protection status under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (foreign students are not eligible).
•Are legally entitled to work in Canada, according to relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations.
